Cultural Integration & The Way We Lead

Culrual integration & The Way We Lead team visited Shenzhen.

John Scott, Group VP for Cultural Integration, gave 2 manager feedback session and 2 focus group to Shenzhen employees to talk about ONE IDEMIA and discuss APAC cultural behaviours. It was really successful activity to transform IDEMIA core value, behavior and culture in Shenzhen site. John Scott was also impressed by the energy, engagement, and enthusiasm by our team.

Jeannie PHUN, HR Director, Cluster Countries and, Talent Management, APAC, and Claire hold 2 session of Learning & Development workshop on The Way We Lead to make Management Handbook a practical application to how we work and establish clear managerial expectations associated with IDEMIA values.

Over 70 employees, including 36 managers, joined these two-day activity and benifited a lot from it. Thanks to the effort of Culrual integration & The Way We Lead team.
