2018 Fresh Graduates Team Building held on September 7th, 2018.

Purpuse of the Activity

To help new employees quickly integrate into the corporate culture and enhance employees’ sense of belonging.

Enhance trust and understanding among new employees to facilitate better coordination and support at work.

Enhance new employees’ sense of collective honor and team cohesion.

Introduction of the Activity

Hand Chian Game

Game Rule: all participants stand in a circle. Both hand of all participants hold hand of different people and make a tangled net. Participants need to make this messed net to a circle without loosening their hands.

Purpuse of the game: improve team communication, implementation capacity, and leadership.

Bingo Game

Game Rule: all participants fill 9 different fruit in a blank nine-rectangle-grid. Participant take turns to select one fruit in his/her own grid and tell a short story with the fruit. Other participants who has the same fruit can tick off the grid, in which the fruit is put. The first one to make a line in the nine-rectangle-grid will win.

Purpuse of the game: increase mutual understanding of the team.

Draw Something

Game Rule: 4 participants in a group. First member pick a word and draw in a paper, and then pass to next one who need to draw something in a paper, too. The last one need to guest what the word is by watching the draw.

Purpuse of the game: enhance the tacit degree beteew team members and make them relax.
