A lean training program which aims to enhance our employees’ awareness of lean production concept was launched in Shenzhen site in Mid-September this year, and was completed in September.
During the whole process, ten session of training with topic of Lean Principle Level 1 were done, covering trainees from managers to production gap leaders.
As a result, 56% of managers, 65% of supervisors, 27% of gap leaders and 18% of office staff attended this training program and gave positive feedback.
